Power restored after Sunday night black out

About 2,700 Ohio Edison customers were without power late Sunday evening.

David Turner, Area Manager for Mahoning and Trumbull counties, said there was a breaker failure and tree fell on some lines, affecting customers in parts of Austintown, Mineral Ridge and North Jackson.

The power went out about 10:45 p.m. and was restored about 11:45 p.m., Turner said.
