Youngstown detective charged with importuning

YOUNGSTOWN

Youngstown police Detective Sgt. Robert Lodwick will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. today in municipal court on a charge of importuning.

City police and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation investigated the case that led to the Thursday night arrest of Lodwick, an officer with the city department since 2000.

Details about the case will be released after his arraignment.
