Astro Falcons 10, Roth Brothers 3

The Astro Falcons scored seven runs in the first inning. Adam Becker pitching a complete game, allowing three runs (two earned) on six hits, while striking out three and walking one. Chris Watschek led the Astro offense with three hits, an RBI and a run scored while Bubba Wells hit a double and a triple, while scoring twice and driving in another run.

Baird Brothers 11, Bel-Park Pharmacy 8

Jeremy Nighiangal picked up the win for Baird, allowing three runs (one earned) on two hits in four innings of work, while striking out six and walking only three. Phil Socha helped lead the Baird Brothers attack with three hits, including a triple, while driving in four runs and scoring another. Julian Cox had a triple among his three hits as well, while scoring three times and driving in another two runs.

Ohio Glaciers 6, Toyota of Warren 3

The Ohio Glaciers put up five runs in the bottom of the sixth inning. Seth Cox picked up the victory for the Glaciers, giving up two runs (one earned) on three hits in six innings, while striking out eight and walking only three. Tanner Morris hit an RBI double and scored a run for the Glaciers while Mark Graziani and Kellen Ginsky each added an RBI hit and scored a run.

Bel-Park Pharmacy 6, Ohio Glaciers 3

Bel-Park Pharmacy scored six times in the third inning. Don Kratofil tossed a complete game, allowing three runs on eight hits while striking out eight and walking only two. Tyler Alejars had two hits, including a double, and scored a run for Bel-Park while Stefan Lesnansky added two hits and a run scored of his own. Brent McCormick led the Glaciers offense with a triple, a double, two RBIs and a run scored.

Accrohealth 13, Youngstown Express 1

Ty Wiery pitched a complete game in the run-rule shortened game, allowing one run on six hits while striking out two and walking only one. Anthony Lariccia led the Accrohealth attack with four hits, including a triple, three RBIs and three runs scored. Wiery helped his own cause with three hits, two RBIs and two runs scored while Zarek Bell slugged out three hits, including a triple, and scored a run. For Express, Dom Dundee drove home Chuckie Anderson and Nick Woloshack had two hits.

Creekside Fitness 16, Baird Brothers 3

Creekside Fitness put up 10 runs in the sixth inning to run away from Baird Brothers. Kevin Yarabinec gave up a three runs (one earned) on seven hits in a complete game. Jared Wiesen led the Creekside onslaught with five hits, including two triples and two doubles, while scoring four times and driving home another run. Dylan Jones had three hits, including a double, two RBI and two runs scored. For Baird, Vincent Haddox had two hits and scored a run.

Dan Augustein went the distance for Astro, giving up one run on one hit. Jim Standohar and Keyshawn D’Orso each had two hits, three runs scored and an RBI. Zach Thorpe had the lone hit and run for Baird.

Creekside Fitness 13, Bel-Park Pharmacy 1

Alex Sletch tossed six strong innings for Creekside, yielding one unearned run on three hits while striking out four and walking only two. Dan Ferguson led the way for the Creekside offense with three hits, three RBIs and a run scored while Jared Wiesen added two hits, three runs scored and an RBI. Tyler Alejars hit an RBI double to bring in Don Shettler for the Bel-Park run.

Toyota of Warren 12, Roth Brothers 6

Pat Carlozzi picked up the win for Toyota, giving up three runs on seven hits while walking five and striking out two. Mark Colella led the Toyota offense with three hits, including a three-run home run while driving in four runs and scoring three times. Carlozzi helped his own cause with three hits, including a double. For Roth, Carrington Bell hit a three-run double while Alex DiFrancesco doubled and scored a run.

Ohio Glaciers 7, Youngstown Express 4

Jalen Mockabee picked up the win for the Glaciers in relief, yielding just two runs on two hits in five innings. Gary Muntean led the Glacier bats with three hits, including a double and an RBI. Tanner Morris had two hits, including an RBI double, and scored a run. Parker Clegg had two hits, including a double, two RBIs and scored a run for Express.
