“The killing” (8 p.m., AMC): “The Killing” just refuses to die. After AMC canceled it last year, the network reversed course and brought the moody crime show back for a third season and brand new case. Mireille Enos and Joel Kinnaman return in the lead roles.

“Top hooker” (9 p.m., animal planet): Don’t snicker. “Top Hooker” isn’t what you think it is. It’s a new reality series about fishing, which, according to the title of Episode 1, really is “The Oldest Profession.”

“princesses: LONG ISLAND” (9 P.M., BRAVO): “Princesses: Long Island” is a new reality series that focuses on six college- educated young women who live pampered lifestyles in the comfort of their parents’ posh homes. And for that, they get their own show?

“The Women’s ConCERT FOR CHANGE: LIVE FROM LONDON” (9 P.M., NBC): This global female empowerment event includes performances by Beyonce, John Legend, Florence + the Machine and others.

Car, custom bike show with ‘Batcar’

The Street Scene Car and Custom Bike Show will be noon to 4 p.m. June 9 at Shepherd Self Storage, 7469 South Ave. Vehicle registration is from 9 a.m. to noon. Cost is $10 per vehicle. For information, go to armstrong.com/events/streetscene.

The event will feature the 1965 Mustang “Batcar” — a vintage drag race car with a 427 Ford Hemi engine — courtesy of Don Snyder. Custom motorcycles by DZ Kustoms and custom vehicles by #1 Performance Center will also be on display. The monster truck Bad Habit will round out the exhibition.

Up for grabs are 14 trophies, plus prizes for the first 200 registrants. Rick Gurrera, host of the “Street Scene” show on Armstrong Cable’s channel 20, will film the event. Spectator admission is free. Donate a nonperishable food item for a free raffle ticket.
