Vista Center has Strawberry German fest today

The residents and staff of the Vista Center of Boardman, 830 Boardman-Canfield Road, will host their second annual Strawberry German festival from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. The event will be held outside, weather permitting.

Highlights of the festivities include entertainment, German music, games, prizes and servings of strawberry shortcake.

A Strawberry Shortcake costume contest is also being held for children. Three winners will receive Toys ‘R Us gift cards.
