“Pretty Little Liars” (8 p.m., ABC Family): The plot continues to thicken on “Pretty Little Liars,” but is it getting a little too thick? Tonight, Hanna (Ashley Benson) joins forces with Mona (Janel Parrish) to prevent her mother (Laura Leighton) from being convicted.

“Capture” (9 p.m., The CW): This reality-competition series apparently has a bit of “Hunger Games” in its DNA. Twelve teams of two are plopped into a fenced-in, high-tech wilderness area competing for scarce resources in hopes of capturing $250,000. Katniss Everdeen would be so proud.
