First Night needs button design

CANFIELD

First Night Canfield is looking to commission a button design for the First Night Canfield 2014 celebration of the arts event. Design concepts are due by Aug. 18.

Each year a new button is designed to illustrate the fun and excitement of First Night Canfield.

The design must fit a button that has a 3-inch diameter (circle or square), be festive and feature the gazebo and the words First Night Canfield 2014.

Artwork can be submitted in PDF format to firstnightcanfield@gmail.com or dropped off at Always Yours, 584 E. Main St., at Hilltop Plaza.

The designer of the button chosen by the committee will be notified. For information or questions, contact Barb Smith at 330 533-2290.

First Night Canfield’s mission is to develop and produce a New Year’s Eve celebration of the arts for the Canfield and surrounding communities. It is an alcohol, drug-free family oriented event.

To make a contribution to First Night Canfield, make your checks out to First Night Canfield, mail to P O Box 694, Canfield, OH 44406. For a contribution of $100 or more you will receive a voucher good for two buttons.
