Broncos set to sign Boardman's Vallos

The Denver Broncos have agreed to terms with free-agent center Steve Vallos, pending a physical, according to a tweet from the NFL team.

Vallos is a Boardman High graduate who played college football at Wake Forest.

The Broncos would be Vallos' fifth NFL team.

In 2007, Vallos was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the seventh round (232nd overall) of the NFL draft. He spent the 2007 season on Seattle's practice squad and then played in all 32 Seahawks games in 2008-09, including eight starts.

Vallos was a backup with the Cleveland Browns in 2010-11. He spent parts of the 2012 season with the Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars.
