Suspect arraigned

WARREN

Anthony A. Zachery, 40, of Parkman Road Northwest, was arraigned Friday in Warren Municipal Court on charges of burglary and resisting arrest after an incident Thursday afternoon on Stephens Avenue Northwest.

A 59-year-old woman reported that her burglar alarm went off at 2:55 p.m., and then she saw a man inside her house near her back door.

He ran off, but police were able to capture him a short distance away on Stephens.

He refused to cooperate with officers and fought with police, a police report states.

A judge entered a plea of innocent for Zachery regarding the burglary, and Zachery pleaded innocent to the resisting-arrest charge. He was ordered held without bond in the Trumbull County jail.
