Zachary arraigned on burglary, resisting arrest in Warren

Anthony A. Zachery, 40, of Parkman Road Northwest, was arraigned Friday in Warren Municipal Court on burglary and resisting arrest charges following an incident Thursday afternoon on Stephens Avenue Northwest.

A 59-year-old woman reported that her burglar alarm went off at 2:55 p.m., and then she saw a man inside her house near her back door.

He ran off, but police were able to capture him a short distance away on Stephens.

He refused to cooperate with officers and fought with police, a police report states.

A judge entered a plea of innocent for Zachery regarding the burglary, and Zachery pleaded innocent to the resisting arrest. He was ordered to be held without bond in the Trumbull County jail.
