Lions install new president

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Nancy Cuffle of Poland was recently installed as president of the Youngstown Lions Club. She presented a plaque, pin and gavel to outgoing president Bill Ruggles of Austintown in recognition of his service. The club meets at noon Thursdays at the YMCA in downtown Youngstown.
