Arthritis exercise class will be free of charge

Beeghly Oaks Rehab Center, 6505 Market St., is offering a new class, Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program.

The class will be conducted from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Aug. 6. Anyone can attend one or more classes, and they are free.

Developed specifically for people with arthritis, the exercise program is safe for all ages and is taught by Arthritis Foundation trained and certified leaders. Participation can be done seated or standing.
