Toastmasters install officers

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Youngstown Executive 408 Toastmasters installed officers at a regular meeting July 1 at Shepherd of the Valley in Poland. From left are John Kocjancic, sergeant at arms; Mark Williams, outgoing president and newly installed treasurer; Ed Metzinger, former secretary; Art Byrd, vice president of public relations; Deidre Windom, vice president of membership; Mike Gerrick, vice president of education; and Dena DeLuco, president for 2013-14.
