Teenage girl missing in East Liverpool

Police said a guardian of Nina Riley, 15, had reported her missing Wednesday; she is believed to be a runaway.

She reportedly was last seen on Vine Street.

Police did not release a physical description, but a photo shows her with long dark-brown hair, blue eyes and a nose stud on her left nostril.
