Open house today to meet new Mahoning CSB director

YOUNGSTOWN — Mahoning County Children Services has an open house from 3:30 to 7 p.m. today at the CSB building, 222 W. Federal St., in downtown Youngstown, to meet and greet the agency's new executive director Randall Muth.

Light refreshments will be served.
