James M. Ingles Jr., 40, of Arlington Avenue in Niles, faces two counts of gross sexual imposition, accusing him of sexual contact with a 9-year-old girl in February.

Ingles is a former assistant coach for the Niles Little Red Dragons football program.

Diane Barber, assistant Trumbull County prosecutor, said Ingles’ coaching is not related to the charges filed against him.

Meanwhile, Donald L. Church, 73, of Chestnut Street, Andover, was arraigned Monday on four counts of gross sexual imposition associated with Church’s work at Boyd’s Kinsman Home on state Route 5 in Kinsman.

Church is accused of groping a developmentally disabled woman there. The group home is for adults with special needs and developmental disabilities.

Church pleaded innocent, and Judge Peter Kontos set bond at $10,000.
