“Web Therapy” (11 p.m., Showtime): Time to hit the couch. “Web Therapy” is back in session for Season 3 as kooky shrink Fiona Wallace (Lisa Kudrow) welcomes an array of new guests, including Steve Carell, Meg Ryan, Billy Crystal, Chelsea Handler and old “Friends” co-star Matt LeBlanc.
