MYCAP will honor its volunteers

YOUNGSTOWN

Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership (MYCAP) will honor volunteers at a ceremony from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Tyler Mahoning Valley History Center, 325 West Federal St.

Over the past year volunteers helped with projects and programs such as Community Action Awareness Days, job fairs, health fairs, mailings, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), Head Start/Early Head Start, Home Energy Assistance, employment, outreach activities, the Nuns of the Bus, community parades, office tasks and more.
