A man suffered gunshot wounds to the leg and arm about 8:15 p.m. Sunday, according to Vindicator broadcast partner 21 WFMJ-TV.
The man was shot near the intersection of Dogwood Lane and Buckeye Court. He was transported to St. Elizabeth Health Center with injuries not deemed to be life-threatening, the station reported.
Neither the man’s identity nor his condition was available Sunday night.

The Columbiana County Sheriff’s office identified the man found shot to death Friday inside a Center Township home as Timothy M. Wamsley Sr., 48, of Lisbon.
A news release from the sheriff said the case remains in its preliminary stages, and the investigation continues.
Deputies were called to a 10357 Steubenville Pike Road home here about 5:30 a.m. Friday on a report of a shooting and found Wamsley inside wounded by gunfire. He was taken to a hospital, where he died about 7 a.m., according to the sheriff’s office.

A 39-year-old Liberty man was in stable condition Sunday at St. Elizabeth Health Center after being shot on the Market Street Bridge on Saturday night.
Mark A. Porter told police he was walking on the bridge about 8:30 p.m. when a silver Mitsubishi with two male occupants drove alongside him. One of the men brandished a gun, telling Porter it was a robbery. Porter dropped his cellphone and ran. He heard at least six shots and felt a burning sensation in his back. He ran to the police station on Boardman Street and collapsed in front of the security desk, saying he’d been shot.

A 28-year-old East Liverpool man was killed early Sunday when the motorcycle he was riding went off the road and hit a utility pole.
Joshua J. Brown was pronounced dead at the scene by the Columbiana County Coroner’s office. He was traveling north on Union Ridge Road when the accident occurred. The Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Lisbon Post is investigating, and anyone with knowledge of the crash should contact the post at 330-424-7783.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Lisbon Post is investigating a one-vehicle crash that killed a Canton man.
The post reported that Daniel C. Cheezan Jr., 55, was traveling east on U.S. Route 30 about 11 a.m. Sunday when his vehicle went off the road and struck a tree. The car flipped over before coming to a rest.
Cheezan was taken to Alliance Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Dead fish in Lily Pond

Maintenance crews have removed dead fish from the Lily Pond at Mill Creek MetroParks.
Linda Kostka, park development and marketing director, said the fish died because of an extreme temperature change of the water caused by storms that moved through the area a couple of weeks ago. The storms stirred up the pond, causing the temperature change.

A Struthers man was flown by helicopter to St. Elizabeth Health Center early Sunday after a motorcycle crash.
Dennis Timms, 48, was traveling southeast on state Route 289 shortly after midnight when he failed to negotiate a turn and was ejected.
His condition wasn’t available Sunday evening, and the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Canfield Post is investigating.
3 women stabbed

Three women were stabbed in a Kendis Circle apartment Saturday evening by a man they were trying to get to leave.
The women, age 54, 28 and 34, were stabbed in the groin, eye and chest, respectively. A police report said they were in stable condition at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
The 34-year-old lives in the apartment and told a man who lives in the same complex that she wanted him to leave her apartment, but he refused. The other two women, who live in Campbell, also tried to get the man to leave. He pulled out a knife and struck one of the women before they pushed him into a hallway, where he stabbed the other two and fled, police said.
