Man calling himself Santa charged with pandering obscenity

Judge Thomas Townley of Niles Municipal Court set bond at $100,000 for William F. Brock Sr., 65, of 832 Mason St., charged with pandering obscenity.

Agents with the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation Crimes Against Children Unit conducted a raid at his house Friday and took him into custody. Agents seized evidence from the home throughout the day.

Neighbors said Brock, who has a white beard and was wearing red pants when he was taken into custody Friday, identifies himself at times as Santa Claus.
