Police stop man for expired plates, find suspected marijuana

AUSTINTOWN — At 5 a.m. this morning, township police stopped a man for expired plates on state Route 46 and found suspected marijuana in his car.

Randy Heath Jr., 32, of Greenville, Pa. was issued a summons for the marijuana. He also received a citation for expired plates and his car was towed. His court date is July 22 in Mahoning County Court in Austintown.
