Man threatened to use guns, grenades to harm woman

A man reportedly threatened to harm three people with guns and grenades Saturday.

A Boardman woman reported Wednesday to police that while she was talking to a neighbor outside her apartment Saturday, a man from the next building over pulled up in a white van and told them of his displeasure with the property managers because he was evicted from his apartment. He told the woman he was out to get them, and that if she said anything to them, he would get her, too, according to a report.

The woman responded to the man and asked him, “You and what Army?” That’s when the man said he would do it with “the stockpile of guns and grenades in my apartment.”

The woman called the property managers, and they suggested she file a police report. An incident number was provided to the woman.
