East High School Class of 1964 is planning a reunion, and all classmates of the 1960s are invited. The casual get-together will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. Sept. 14 at St. George Croatian Center, 3200 Vestal Road, Youngstown. The cost is $25 per person and includes a buffet dinner of baked chicken, roast pork, pasta, au gratin potatoes, haluski, vegetables, tossed salad and beverages. A cash bar will be available. GHS Alumni Group is planning a multiclass reunion for classmates who attended Girard High School from the 1940s through 1980. The gala will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. Sept. 14 at Avon Oaks Ballroom, 1401 N. State St., Girard. The event includes a buffet dinner and will have a cash bar.
