Miss McCarthy, Mr. Saltsman vows planned

CANFIELD

Kay and Jerry McCarthy of Canfield are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Christine Mc- Carthy, to Dan Saltsman, son of Nelli and Tom Saltsman of Columbus.

The couple are planning a wedding ceremony on Aug. 31 in Columbus. A reception will be at the Maronite Center in Youngstown on Sept. 21. Invitations will be extended for both.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Ohio State University and a master’s degree in business administration from The University of Phoenix. She owns and operates McCarthy Health Services in Columbus.

Her fiancé earned a bachelor’s degree in biological and biomedical sciences from Ohio State University, a master’s degree in business administration from Ohio Dominican University and a juris doctor degree from Capital University. He works at Chemical Abstracts Service in Columbus.
