Infocision plans to add 125 workers in Mahoning, Shenango valleys

InfoCision announced Thursday it plans to hire 125 additional call-center workers at its sites in Austintown, Boardman and New Castle, Pa.

According to the release, the new workers are necessary to meet increased client demand. The positions available involve sales, customer service and customer care.

The company also is planning to have open interviews for jobs seekers at each of the three sites next week.

InfoCision is an Akron-based company. It operates call centers for industries including technology, health care, financial services, pharmaceutical and telecommunications, as well as providing inbound and outbound marketing for nonprofit, religious and political organizations.

The company employs more than 4,000 in 35 call centers throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
