Firing of Warren patrolman upheld

WARREN

An arbitrator has upheld the firing of former Warren patrolman Jeff Miller.

Miller was fired in December after he was arrested for a probation violation stemming from a 2011 Boardman car accident that included Miller’s being charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired. He was later convicted of the lesser charge of reckless operation.
