Youngstown streets closing on the 4th for filming, block parties

YOUNGSTOWN

These streets will be closed Thursday for filming and block parties:

• An “I Love the YO” music video will be recorded from 1 to 3 p.m., closing Hillman Street between Warren and Chicago avenues on the South Side.

• Community block parties from noon to 9 p.m. will close Hylda Avenue between Hillman and Mary streets on the South Side and State Street between Albert and Willow streets on the East Side.
