Drugs, weapon recovered in Salem raid

SALEM

Police recovered $6,000 worth of drugs and $2,500 in cash from a 284 E. Fourth St. apartment Tuesday.

Members of the Columbiana County Drug Task Force, with help from Salem Police,

Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office, and federal Drug Enforcement Administration seized cocaine, crack cocaine and marijuana as well as a .12-gauge shotgun.

Lee Webb, 53, who lives at the apartment, was arrested on the charge of felon in possession of a weapon, a news release said.
