Sandra E. Duckworth, 55, of Boardman, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Saturday at Market Street and Warren Avenue after an officer observed that she failed to signal when traveling east on Cohasset Drive then south on Hillman Street.
When she was stopped, she mumbled to the officer, who asked what she had in her mouth. She had a small plastic bag of crack cocaine, according to police.
Duckworth was arrested on charges of possession of drugs and failure to signal before change of course and taken to Mahoning County jail.
She will be in Youngs-town Municipal Court today.
Loud-music arrest

Joshua A. Rosser, 22, of Youngstown, will appear in Youngstown Municipal Court today on charges of loud music and failure to notify an officer of a weapon.
He was arrested at 3:38 a.m. Sunday at Belmont Avenue and West Service Road.
An officer, who was clearing a large crowd at another Belmont address, heard the loud music from some 100 feet away.
The officer stopped Rosser, who was ordered to exit his vehicle but failed to tell the officer that he had a concealed carry-weapon permit, police said.
Youth camps set

Howland Township Summer Youth Sport and Recreation Program camps will be from 9 a.m. to noon July 8-12 at Howland Township Park.
Football and cheerleading are for 6- to 13-year-olds and requires athletic shoes and attire.
Registration forms have been distributed to Howland schools. Forms also are available at Howland Township administration building, 205 Niles-Cortland Road NE.
Registration fee is $20 for residents and $35 for nonresidents and includes a T-shirt. Checks must be made payable to Summer Youth Sport and Recreation Program and mailed to or dropped off at the township building.

Man electrocuted, falls from roof

Sharpsville High School graduate and former Blue Devils football star Tyler Luchey is listed in critical condition at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh after being electrocuted and falling from the roof of a building, according to The Vindicator’s broadcast partner, WFMJ-TV 21.
Emergency crews were called to a residence at 615 W. Main St. at 4:58 p.m. Saturday for an explosion on the roof of that address. The explosion came from high-powered, high-tension electrical wires.
Emergency dispatch records show that a male, Luchey, was electrocuted by electrical wires and fell from the roof.
Luchey was in recovery in the trauma and burn medical intensive-care unit at UPMC Mercy on Sunday night.
