Miller sentenced to prison for 2011 murder

Donovan Miller will be spending at least 36 years in prison for the 2011 murder of a 22-year-old city man.

Miller, 27, of Cambridge Avenue, was convicted of murder in the death of Quest Waggoner. He appeared for sentencing today before Judge Lou A. D’Apolito of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.

Waggoner died in his Inverness Avenue residence of a single gunshot wound to the head. He died several hours before his mother found him dead on a living-room couch, with the house doors unlocked.
