Lowellville council to have emergency meeting

Mayor James E. Iudiciani has called an emergency meeting the Lowellville Village Council for 5 p.m. today at village city hall, 140 E. Liberty St. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the village entering a LPA agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation for a safe route to School Grant Program, as well as other village business.
