CANFIELD
Three burglary suspects, two of whom fled from police, are expected to be arraigned today in Mahoning County Area Court here.
Beaver Township police said the owner of a home and car lot at 523 E. Western Reserve Road was walking to his home about 2 p.m. Monday when he saw an unfamiliar white vehicle with some of his property in the driveway.
The homeowner called police, and one suspect, Devon Talley, 20, of Youngstown, turned himself in to officers and is facing a burglary charge, police said.
The other two suspects, Shawn Braxton, 19, and David Oliver, 20, both of Youngstown, fled. Other police agencies including the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Springfield and Boardman police helped with the search.
Braxton was arrested a short time later, and Oliver was found about an hour after that in a condominium complex by Beaver police dog Hero, police said.
Braxton and Oliver are charged with breaking and entering, in addition to burglary.
