Firefighters planning wild game dinner

Brookfield Fallen Firefighters Foundation and Brookfield Fire Department are sponsoring the seventh annual wild game dinner on Feb. 16 at Yankee Lake Ballroom, 1814 state Route 7.

Doors open at 5 p.m. and dinner begins at 6.

It will include both wild game and a regular buffet dinner.

There will be door prizes, gun raffles, basket auctions, and TV, freezer-with-meat and 50-50 raffles.

Tickets are $18 in advance and $20 at the door.

Proceeds will go toward scholarships, assisting the elderly with wheelchairs and ramps, helping children in need, and providing automated external defibrillators in public places in the township.
