Rosemarie Orsini and Justin White-Lowther, both of Girard, are announcing their engagement.

The future bride is the daughter of Mary Jo Parillo-Orsini of Girard and Kevin and Kathy Orsini of Livonia, Mich.

The prospective groom is the son of Roxanne White-Lowther and Ken Lowther of Liberty.

The couple will wed in an April 6 ceremony at St. Rose Church, and a reception will follow at Ciminero’s Banquet Center in Niles. Invitations will be extended for both.

The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in art and photography. She is a graphic designer at the Review Newspapers in Niles.

The prospective groom graduated from Ohio University with a degree in computer science and psychology. He is a computer programmer at Lender Processing Services in Sharon, Pa.
