Poster winners ceremony moved to Feb. 1

LISBON

The Knights of Columbus and Columbiana County Educational Service Center’s sixth annual “Substance Abuse Awareness” poster-contest awards ceremony has been moved to 7 p.m. Feb. 1 due to inclement weather.

The ceremony will take place at Columbiana County Educational Career and Technical Center, 9364 state Route 45.
