Ex-Ohio court justice joins auditor’s office

A former Ohio Supreme Court justice ousted in November’s election is joining the state auditor’s office as general counsel.

Robert Cupp, defeated by William O’Neill last fall, previously served on the Ohio Court of Appeals and in the state senate.
