It’s All Fine Consignment and Gifts will have a ribbon-cutting Friday to mark its grand opening at 3581 Youngstown Road.
The event will take place at 10 a.m., after which refreshments will be served and tours of the facility will be given until 2 p.m. The store relocated to a different spot on Youngstown Road, and 2013 also will mark the business’s two-year anniversary.
It’s All Fine first was opened to offer employment opportunities to individuals with developmental disabilities. At the new location, the business will expand its training program to help those individuals obtain other opportunities throughout the community.

Company growth has averaged 7.3 percent for the last three years, according to a press release from NFWR.
The company recently renovated its building at Courthouse Square and forecasts continued growth this year.
Gas prices rose 4 cents this week

Northeast Ohio gas prices are up four cents this week, averaging about $3.30 across the region, according to data released Wednesday by the automotive group AAA.
The group’s weekly fuel gauge puts Northeast Ohio’s average just below that of the national one, which stood at $3.31 midweek.
After last year’s volatility, AAA reports that 2013 has started with relative price stability at the pump. In the first 23 days of the year, the national average has yet to record a daily price change of a penny or more per gallon.
Jobs available with US Postal Service in Northern Ohio

The Northern Ohio District of the United States Postal Service is announcing new opportunities for employment in the United States Postal Service.
The City Carrier Assistant is a new category of noncareer employee with a path to possible future employment as a career letter carrier. CCAs are appointed for a term of 360 calendar days and may be reappointed for another 360-day term after a five-day break in service.
Online applications will be accepted for CCA positions until Jan. 28 at usps.com/employment. The positions entail all the duties normally performed by a city letter carrier. Salary and limited benefits include $15 an hour, paid vacation days, and eligibility for health-care benefits as required by law or after the first 360-day term.
