The School’s state appointed fiscal oversight commission has approved a shared-services agreement with a neighboring school district.
The committee unanimously approved Hubbard school’s treasurer Rhonda Baldwin-Amorganos to serve as the Liberty School’s treasurer.
The agreement, which has been approved by both school boards, stipulates that Hubbard will pay $45,029 of her salary while Liberty will pay $24,246.
Liberty Superintendent Stan Watson said the cost sharing agreement will save the school roughly $37,000 a year.
