Alumnae will provide $1,500 scholarship

YOUNGSTOWN

Youngstown Alumnae Panhellenic is offering a $1500 scholarship for the 2013-14 school year to an undergraduate who is an active member of a National Panhellenic Conference Sorority.

The applicant must be a full-time sophomore, junior, or nongraduating senior woman who resides in Mahoning, Trumbull or Columbiana county.

The award will be based on scholarship, financial need, leadership and sorority participation, and will be paid directly to the university’s financial affairs office.

The deadline for applying is April 1.
