Boardman Lions will award scholarships

BOARDMAN

Boardman Lions Club will award $500 scholarships to two graduating seniors, one boy and one girl, who are residents of Boardman and will be attending a four-year college and pursuing a bachelor’s degree.

Applicants must have a 3.0 grade point average, 30 hours of community service per year from the sophomore year, two recommendations and a personal essay.

Awards will be announced at the time of graduation.
