Non-profits will join for simulation

YOUNGSTOWN

Williamson Elementary School, The Junior Civic League, the Junior League of Youngstown and the YWCA of Youngstown, are sponsoring a poverty simulation, “Bridges out of Poverty.”

The simulation will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 9 at the school, 59 Williamson Ave.

This poverty simulation, facilitated by the Ohio Association of Food banks, is an interactive experience aimed at helping the community understand poverty.

The cost is $12 per person and includes a continental breakfast and lunch.
