The State Auditor report has found more illegal expenditures by the school district’s former treasurer.

An audit released today said “a finding for public monies illegally expended is hereby issued against Tracey Obermiyer and Travelers Insurance Company, her bonding company, jointly and severally in the amount of $12,720 in favor of the Liberty local school district.”

In April 2012, Obermiyer was forced to pay $4,920 back to the school after she overpaid herself in 2010.

According to the audit, Obermiyer paid herself that amount without board of education approval while working with Liberty’s former conversion schools.
