Maribeth Moschella and Ryan Goist, both of Struthers, exchanged vows Dec. 1 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church before Monsignor Michael Cariglio. After the 2 p.m. wedding ceremony, the couple were honored at a reception at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Social Hall.
Parents of the newlyweds are retired Col. Michael and Nancy Moschella of Boardman and H. Kenneth and Lauren Goist of New Middletown.
The bride wore a white tulle ballgown adorned with beaded lace applique on the bodice and skirt with a lace-up back. It was completed with a six-foot train.
The bride’s mother was matron of honor. Bridemaids were Samantha Moschella, the bride’s sister-in-law; Bailey Gonci, the bride’s cousin; Margherita Zucco-Tedesco; and Megan Hughes.
The junior bridesmaid, Kristen Moschella, and flower girl, Katelyn Moschella, are nieces of the bride. The attendants wore eggplant-colored gowns with Victorian lilac sashes.
Brandon Goist, the groom’s brother, and Mike Olive shared the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Matt Meehan, Kevin McCarthy and Andrew Doyle.
Junior groomsman was Devin Christoff, the groom’s nephew, and ring bearer was Jason Moschella Jr., the bride’s nephew.
Ushers were Todd Moschella, the bride’s brother, and Jason Goist, the groom’s brother.
The bride attended Youngstown State University.
The groom is a retail sales representative for Verizon Wireless in Boardman.
