Cortland teen charged in Girard stabbing

GIRARD

Daniel Lee Kelley, 19, of Cortland, was arraigned on felonious assault charges today in Girard Municipal Court. Police said Kelley stabbed a victim at the Burger King on State Street at 6 p.m. Thursday. The court has set his bond at $50,000 or 10 percent cash surety, and he has a preliminary hearing set for Jan. 16. The victim was sent to St. Elizabeth Health Center. Police did not know his current condition.
