Anthony and Janice (Tobin) Felt of Fairfax, Va., are announcing the birth of their son, Anthony Vincent, on Oct. 27 at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Fairfax. He has a 2-year-old sister, Tobin Marie. Grandparents are Jim and Renee (DeCarlo) Drentkiewicz of Mars, Pa.; Michael Felt of Fort Pierce, Fla.; and John and Denise Tobin of Cogan Station, Pa. Great-grandparents are Matthew and Thomasine DeCarlo of Boardman and Gloria Tobin of Williamsport, Pa.
