A summary of recent criminal activity in Austintown:

Dec. 31

Fraud: A victim’s ex-wife ordered $12 worth of items sent to a home in the 300 block of Tall Oaks Lane.

Theft: A van was broken into and tools were stolen at a home in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Jan. 1

Auto theft: A 1999 Chrysler was reported as possibly stolen at a home in the 3000 block of Timber Lane.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to an account at a home in the 200 block of Marcia Drive.

Fraud: Several unsuccessful attempts were made to open charge accounts at a home in the 1000 block of Old Farm Trail.

Jan. 2

Menacing: Two female neighbors were arguing in the 600 block of Purdue Avenue.

Theft: A converter was stolen off of a car at a home in the 1000 block of DeHoff Drive.

Theft: $2,500 in cash and 340 Tramadol were stolen from a home in the 4000 block of Woodmere Drive.

Fraud: Personal information was used to lease an apartment and sign up for utilities at a home in the 200 block of Idlewood Road.

Theft: An iPod, gift cards and coins were stolen from an auto at a home in the 1000 block of Eastwind Place.

Fraud: There is a suspect in fraudulent activity at Farmers National Bank, 22 N.Niles-Canfield Road.

Burglary: A safe and coins were taken from a home in the 3000 block of Mahoning Avenue.

Domestic violence: Michael Coleman, 53, of 452 S. Raccoon Road, Apt. 15 was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

Jan. 3

Criminal trespassing: Patrick Connolly, 54, of 111 Rosemont Ave. was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing in the 800 block of Compass West.

Theft: Danny Sellards, 31, of 84 Township Road, Southpoint, Ohio, was arrested on a warrant for theft, and Toni Burns, 28, of 4917 Greenwood, Rootstown, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of criminal tools at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Jan. 4

Fraud: An unauthorized withdrawal was made to an account at a home in the 6000 block of Bowman Avenue.

Theft: Gift cards and cash were stolen from a home in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.

Fraud: An account was opened and $4,263 deposited without permission of the victim at a home in the 3000 block of Johnson Farm Drive.

Breaking and entering: Storage unit tools were taken at Blake’s Mini Storage, 2024 S. Raccoon Road.

Warrant: Regina Carlisle, 32,of 26 N. Four Mile Run Road was arrested on a warrant for sexual imposition.

Aggravated burglary: Two males with a gun entered a residence in the 500 block of North Roanoke Avenue.

Weapons offense: DeShawn Smith, 26, of 948 George Place, Warren, was arrested on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon, and Drue Martin, 45, of 1336 Edgehill Ave., Warren, was arrested on a warrant for a traffic offense and possession of crack cocaine.

Recovered property: A wallet was recovered at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

Recovered property: A stolen 2004 Chevrolet Silverado was recovered by Warren police.

Recovered property: A GPS and cellphone were recovered at a home in the 5000 block of Rockwell Road.

Breaking and entering: A storage unit was broken into at Blake’s Mini Storage.

Theft: A man and a woman stole undergarments at DOTS, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Drug offense: Kassandra Ivinskas, 19, of 104 S. Cedar St., Niles, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Jan. 6

Criminal mischief: Nails were thrown onto a driveway at a home in the 600 block of Purdue Avenue.

Theft: A window was broken out of an auto and $40 was stolen at a home in the 1000 block of Ohltown Road.

Theft: A vehicle was entered and change stolen at a home in the 100 block of North Kimberly Avenue.

Theft: A vehicle was entered and an iPod was stolen in the ten block of Dravis Street.

Drug offense: Zachary Colon, 23, of 71 Carnegie Ave., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Theft: $54.46 of gasoline was stolen at the BP Fast Track, 5502 Mahoning Ave.
