New Niles patrolmen to be introduced at Thursday meeting

Before Thursday’s city council meeting, the police department will promote detective Dan Adkins to his new position as lieutenant, and two new patrolmen will be sworn in and introduced.

The ceremonies will take place at 5:45 p.m. in council chambers, 15 E. State St.
