LaBrae student accused of Facebook threat against Champion student

CHAMPION

A LaBrae High School student has been arrested after officials discovered a threat on Facebook.

A Champion Board of Education member told WFMJ TV 21, The Vindicator's broadcast partner, that the threat was made against a Champion student Tuesday.

Police have not released the nature of the threat or the name or age of the accused LaBrae student.

Champion schools Superintendent Pamela Hood told WFMJ that police were at the high school Wednesday as a precaution.
