Boil advisory lifted for Liberty, Brookfield, Vienna

The Trumbull County sanitary engineer’s department lifted a boil-water advisory for its customers in Liberty, Brookfield and Vienna, east of state Route 11 and north of Churchill Hubbard Road.

The alert was issued Thursday after a break on a 16-inch water line on Niles Vienna Road.

Test samples this afternoon show the water is safe, according to a statement from the sanitary engineer’s department.
