OSHP: Six traffic fatalities in Ohio over New Year's holiday weekend
COLUMBUS — The Ohio State Highway Patrol reports that six people were killed on Ohio’s roadways during this New Year’s holiday reporting period of midnight, Monday through 11:59 p.m. Tuesday.
Last year, 14 people were killed during the holiday reporting period, which was a total of four days. This year the reporting period was two days. Of this New Year’s holiday fatalities, two occurred in Franklin County including a pedestrian.
